Check the below link for code to update an asp:Label i.e. The above code will probably work for a text box but not likely for an asp:Label which is a span. But like I said I don't have the original project to mess with and I really do not know that much about javascript. This is very simple javascript for what you want to do with the color after the hex prototype works on it and adds it to the "color" variable. You quoted the hex prototype but it has little to do with your suggestion. Without it what you want to do will not work. I hope you see the additional reference to the hex prototype in that function. I was getting frustrated because you seemed to IGNORE the fact that I changed the ColorPickerOnColorClick function and partially because I forgot how the original project behaved and did not fully understand what you were asking. I do not know if this will work as I said I do not have the original file. To do what you want you may want to remove the lines where it sets the background color for the ActiveColorPickerReference and then maybe add a line that says: You need to make the changes I suggested in the above function. Sorry I do not have this page setup and able to see what the original page looked like. What I am saying is that there is changed code inside the ColorPickerOnColorClick function. modified at 12:54 Friday 9th February, 2007 Opendialogscript += " return \"#\"+b \n" Opendialogscript += " for (a in x=x.substr(4,x.length-5).split(\", \"))\n" The Telerik ASP.NET MVC ColorPicker enables you to select the desired color from a variety of color options. Opendialogscript += " var color=(td.(0,1)!='r') ? td.style.backgroundColor : td.() " & vbCrLf Opendialogscript += " var td = (e.target) ? e.target : e.srcElement \n" Opendialogscript += " function ColorPickerOnColorClick(e)\n" The table will be visible when the following code is fired: The table is surrounded by an invisible div. The code above is a bit heavy and can be simplified, but the array of colors makes a nice image together. ![]()
